FTSE strong and stable; corporates quiet ahead of Christmas
The FTSE 100 has risen around 50 points this week with the main focus being on the Brexit talks. There has been very little corporate news.
The past week saw Photo-Me produce a solid set of results and the expected 20% increase in the interim dividend.
The week ahead has no companies that we cover reporting to the market and the same for the following week as the very quiet Xmas period sets in. Going ex-dividend on Thursday for a substantial yield of 5.7% from the single dividend we have Gattaca.

The FTSE 100 is trading up this morning. DS Smith increased their 2018 interim dividend by 7%.

The market is trading down this morning. RWS continued its tremendous record of paying increased dividends since IPO with a 16.1% rise in its full year dividend.

The FTSE 100 is trading up this morning. Victrex increased their ordinary final dividend by 15% and declared a special dividend.

Avery quiet day on the corporate front. The FTSE 100 looks set to open up this morning afrer a very strong showing from Wall Street at the end of last week.

The FTSE 100 is trading well down this morning. Brewin dolphin increased their 2017 final dividend by 17.5% and RPC group increased their 2018 interim dividend by 28%
